Apply NowComplete Your Closing Documents
Once approved, we prepare your loan documents and coordinate with the title company. After your contract passes Disney's Right of First Refusal (ROFR), the title company will send your closing documents for electronic signature — no printing or mailing required.
Setup Automatic Payments
After closing, set up ACH direct debit through your secure borrower portal. Your monthly payments are automatically debited from your bank account. You can make extra payments or pay off your loan early at any time — no prepayment penalties.
